1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WheelWise ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WheelWise is an options trading tracker and screener tool designed for the wheel strategy. The Service allows you to log trades, import brokerage CSV files, view performance analytics, and screen stocks for wheel strategy opportunities.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Wheel Score, screener recommendations, and all analytics provided by WheelWise are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WheelWise.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the screener API for commercial purposes without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute screener data or Wheel Scores.

6. Data Accuracy

Market data (stock prices, options data, IV, earnings dates) is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. WheelWise makes no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data. The Wheel Score is a proprietary ranking based on multiple factors and should not be the sole basis for any trading decision.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Free & Paid Tiers

WheelWise offers a free tier with limited features and may offer paid subscription tiers with additional capabilities. Pricing, features, and limits for each tier may change with notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tier.

9. Intellectual Property

The WheelWise application, Wheel Score algorithm, screener methodology, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of WheelWise. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelWise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the operator resides.
